GETTYSBURG, PA - The Third Ward Concerned Neighbors, Inc. announced the receipt of its 501c(3) status qualifying the organization as a tax exempt non-profit. This important designation will allow the Concerned Neighbors to advance their mission of bringing about a better understanding and respect for the contributions of black people in Gettysburg and its surrounding areas through discovery, preservation and education.
